K6-CElectromagnetic Thickness Gauge

K6-CElectromagnetic Thickness Gauge

The K6-C multifunctional coating thickness gauge is a high-precision device designed for accurate measuring geometric and environmental parameters: coating thickness, groove depth, surface roughness, air humidity, air and metal surface temperature, dew point temperature, TΔ parameter.

Description

The K6-C coating thickness gauge is a high-precision device designed for accurate thickness measurement of coatings on steel and non-ferrous metals. This coating thickness meter is widely used in industrial inspection to test paint, galvanic, and dielectric coatings, ensuring product quality.

Measuring the thickness of:
— galvanic (zinc, chromium, nickel, cadmium, silver, tin, and other) coatings on steel products;
— galvanic (zinc, chromium, nickel, cadmium, silver, tin, and other) coatings on non-ferrous metal products;
— paint, enamel, powder, mastic, and other dielectric coatings on steel products;
— anodic oxide, phosphate, and other dielectric coatings on ferrous and non-ferrous metals;
— special dielectric and metallic thick-layer coatings, galvanic coatings;
— coatings on the inner surfaces of pipes and cylindrical products;
— copper foil on printed circuit boards;
— sheets of conductive non-ferrous metals and galvanic coatings on dielectric products; — two-layer coatings;
— concrete protective layers and determination of reinforcement position in concrete;
— wall thickness of large fiberglass and carbon fiber reinforced plastic products during manufacturing and shipping with single- and double-sided access;
— groove depth measurement and surface roughness assessment after sandblasting or abrasive treatment;
— climatic conditions monitoring (air humidity, air and metal surface temperature, dew point temperature, and determination of TΔ).

Features

— colour TFT display with 2.4” diagonal;
— built-in lithium-ion battery;
— impact-resistant, ergonomic housing with rubberized corners;
— keyboard with function keys that adapt to the device operating mode, featuring a user-friendly and intuitive interface;
— additional device modes and settings;
— an expanded set of wear-resistant, ergonomic, compact sensors;
— support for sensors with multiple calibration characteristics (up to 6 for PH3 series sensors, up to 4 for NF-G sensors, up to 2 for FG sensors).
