Purpose
A set of coating thickness reference specimens for the calibration of electromagnetic thickness gauges with magnetic induction and eddy current frequency transducers.
Delivery set
The delivery set, depending on the type of used transducers and the range of their operation, may include films or plates from a number of thicknesses:
- 10, 20, 50, 100, 500 µm;
- 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 40, 80 mm.
- substrate reference specimen made of steel 1.0402.
- substrate reference specimen made of aluminum alloy.
- cover for coating thickness reference specimens.
