A set of coating thickness reference specimens for the calibration of electromagnetic thickness gauges with magnetic induction and eddy current frequency transducers.

Delivery set

• the delivery set, depending on the type of used transducers and the range of their operation, may include films or plates from a number of thicknesses:

10, 20, 50, 100, 500 µm

1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 40, 80 mm.

• substrate reference specimen made of steel 1.0402.
• substrate reference specimen made of aluminum alloy.
• cover for coating thickness reference specimens.
