We will attend the 55th annual conference of non-destructive testing, which will be held at East Midlands Conference Centre and Orchard Hotel in Nottingham, UK. Our director Dr. Syasko will present the following conference paper: “Phase-sensitive eddy-current method of metallic coating thickness measurement.On question of calibration and verification of coating thickness gauges and metallic coating thickness standards.”

We produce new dynamic hardness tester KT-C according to Leeb hardness measurement method. The device meets requirements of ISO 16859 (1-3) standard, which confirms the calibration a verification of the device with probe D in MPA NRW, Germany. We have new distributor of our coating thickness gauges – company Marde Kaubandus, Tartu, Estonia.

We have developed and manufacture new ultrasonic thickness gauge B6-C with A-scan, B-scan and through coating measurement.
The thickness measurement range of the device is 0.25 – 300 mm. It can measure wall thickness through applied protective coating (eg. paint) on part with the thickness of protective coating up to 2 mm. The device can be supplied with a delay line transducer for measurements of very thin products (t ≥ 0.25). See more information about the device and probes here.
